Help WI-FI & BLUETOOTH PROBLEM

I have a problem with Wi-Fi and also Bluetooth, Hence my previous posts regards firmware & Odin, I though Replacing the firmware would cure the problem, but it has not.

I cannot switch WI-FI on the toggle does not turn green it just stays grey then returns to the off position Blue tooth does the same. However, if I try to enable both the WI-FI will again do the same but will have a slightly green tinge to it and when it resets to the off position the bluetooth will have the slight green tinge before going back to off.

Is this a bug or is the WI-FI and Bluetooth knackered? Can I use a newer firmware other than the T23OXXUOANJ4 that is currently residing on the Tablet.

Try a factory reset?
You don't say when the problem started, whether the tablet is new or used, etc. Maybe best to start at the beginning, hence a reset.

already did that, hence the re-flashing of the firmware, it is a friends But I expect its been dropped at some point so it looks like its going to be binned!
