Wi-fi Calling off but taking up battery?

So i have Wi-Fi calling turned off in my settings manager yet it is taking up 48% of my battery power. Sprint version. Since you cannot disable wifi calling (that i know of) anyone have a solution to this? Is this happening to anyone else? This is killing my battery!

yes, still taking up that much battery. ugh frustrating especially when its not even turned on!!
