Help Wi-Fi comes and goes

Woke up this morning and noticed my wi-fi dropping and then coming back.All other toys on the same router are working just fine.It is not a sleep issue as I'm watch it come and go as I type.I know most routers are on ch 6 ,is there a way to see what ch my phone is on ? Also does the static ip setting need to be on or off ? I'm new to this forum and need somebodys help......Please

If it's coming and going, it's most likely from interference (cordless phones, microwave ovens, etc) the phone automatically adjusts to whatever channel your router is set to. You can change the channel on the router, it may help.
