Help Wi-Fi constantly uploading?!

Hi,
I recently updated the firmware on my s4 to 4.3. Ever since then the green arrow (upload) on the wifi icon on the service bar is constantly lit. The wifi itself works fine and it doesn't matter which wifi network I'm connected to. When I switch to mobile data however everything's fine and the icon isn't constantly lit. It's really starting to bug me now! Any help would be much appreciated. Thankyou.

Something is set to sync on WiFi only so go through your accounts tab. Note that with the 4.3 update, a few new Google features were released, including a new Photo Sync and some other things.

I've already unchecked all sync boxes but yet it still carries on

You checked each section of all your accounts? Some like samsung have several sections.

You can also go to Settings -> Data Usage -> Menu -> Show WiFi usage and see if you can spot the problem app there.

Ye I've been through all accounts and unchecked every box. That was my 1st thought that something might be syncing but now I've no idea what it is! Also checked the data usage but nothing stands out.
