Help wi-fi error

I am not sure what the problem is, and it could be any number of things.
I would try calling your service provider and asking for tech support.
Usually they can talk you through the issue, and get it resolved.

I did just that.He re-set my phone.Not only do I have the same problem,now the damn thing turns off every minute or so.Right in the middle of a call even.

I am sorry to hear that. It sounds like your phone has some internal problem. Do you have insurance?
