Help Wi-fi HELP?

I am looking for a menu similar to the one on the DINC to set up my 3G Hot Spot. Is there such a thing on the DX?

3) Scroll to down to 'Security', select it. Change 'S.IP DUN User name' to yourvzwnumber@vzw3g.com (from yourvzwnumber@dun.vzw3g.com)
4) Hit back arrow to go back and go/select 'M.IP Default Profile'. Change 'DUN NAI' to yourvzwnumber@vzw3g.com (from yourvzwnumber@dun.vzw3g.com)

are you meaning to use it for free? if so you need the TBH release and you must be rooted. or if you are rooted you can just download wireless tether for root from the market.

I confused as to what you want to do. You can't get 3G hotspot for free without being rooted. You can tether your device with pdanet though.

So with my Droid Incredible I am able to use my 3G hot spot for free by making those changes in the menu...I was wondering if I could do the same with the Droid X? Is there such a menu to make those changes to be able to use the 3G hot spot for free?

The Droid X is not rooted and most likely will not be.
