Help "Wi-Fi only" checkbox missing from Software Update

Galaxy S3 : The "Wi-Fi only" option under software update is missing and as a result I keep getting the error "Download failed" since it is trying to check for a newer version of the firmware (No wi-fi at work). I could remove the automatic update but its not a solution.

I have an S3 with version 4.1.2 and I checked most of the setting for something that could enable that checkbox but with no luck.

Could you pretty please tell us who your mobile carrier is so that we can get your thread moved over to the correct S3 forums? Others with the same phone on the same carrier will be able to better assist you.
