Help Wi-Fi problems

Im having trouble with my wi-fi at home, im connected to the wifi and it is working as i am still recieving emails and instant messages from an app called Whatsapp, however my internet browser is not connecting to any pages and my facebook app is not showing the live feed however it will take me to my profile, events, chat etc.


how do i fix it?!?!?!

It could be due to several reasons...

First try simply restarting the phone by shutting it off and back on.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your WiFi router at home by turning it off and back on.

Then the next option to try is going into the phone's Wireless settings, selecting your wifi and delete or "forget" the settings. Turn off the wifi on your phone, restart the phone, and then enable the wifi and put in the settings again.

If none of that works, then comes more drastic measures...a factory reset may be required which will wipe the phone and reset it back to its original default setup. You'll have to set up the phone again, download your apps and install them, etc. You can save your settings, text messages, etc. if you use a backup tool from the Market first, if you can get to it.

Maybe try the option to return all browser settings to default

Try a different browser and Facebook app to see if it's them?

For example Dolphin browser and Friend caster
