Help Wi-Fi problems

Recently got a Netgear 150 to drag myself into the wifi world

My phone connects to the network ok but it doesnt seem to want to allow me to post on facebook apps etc.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would be?

I can surf the apps no problem, but not post.

Is it just Facebook? Are you getting any error messages?

You can connect to the internet so your wireless network is fine. Try updating the Facebook App to the latest version. Check on your PC/Laptop if you can use facebook without any issues, if so then its your app. You could just restart the phone or clear the cache memory for the Facebook app to see if that works.

Yeah, just facebook apps.

Tried clearing the cache and that worked last night, now again today its decided not to play ball. No error message just seems perpetually stuck in a look like its trying to update it but never seems to manage!

ETA, logged out both apps, and for the mean time they are working.

Fwiw, I had issues with the facebook app yesterday, it kept logging me out, then telling me my password was incorrect so maybe it was just a little blip.

Post again if it gives you jip.
