Help Widget Locker and lock screen

I have the Samsung Galaxy S2 X and seem to be having an issue with WidgetLocker and my lock screen.

Sometimes the lock screen will revert back to the original lock screen set-up that the phone comes with. Not sure what I am doing or not doing wrong but a little frustrating! Using NoLed so not sure if that is the issue or not but need something since phone doesn't have and led light.

Is this just a bug with WidgetLocker or am I doing something wrong? I can't even tell when it does this because its an intermittant problem.

You wouldn't by chance have WidgetLocker installed to the sd card? That can cause all sorts of strange behavior.

Honestly, I have no clue lol! How can I check? Where should it be installed?

I just checked and the developer has WidgetLocker set to never install on the sd card, so you're okay there.

I found a coulple of issues with the S2 on the developer's website

I'm using a Galaxy S2 and the Home button unlocks WidgetLocker
The Samsung Galaxy S2 behaves different than other devices. I'm looking into a better fix for the Home button on this device, but in the mean time as a work around you can:
Enable Settings > Advanced > HomeHelper:
HomeHelper Component

Then check the Default checkbox and select WL HomeHelper as the default

I keep getting prompted for my default Home (Rooted Galaxy S2)
Can you try:

Open SuperUser and delete the entry for WidgetLocker.
Reboot.
Open WidgetLocker, or wait for it to load on boot.
Click Allow when SuperUser prompts.

And if that doesn't work
Disable WL Settings > Root Helper > HomeHelper via Root

Try, in the widgetlocker app, going to:
Settings\ Advanced\
and check Disable Stock Lockscreen

Also, see what is set in the easy wake up mode, it should be enabled,

also, in settings\ behavior\
make sure 'Enable on boot' is checked.

i hope it helps..

Has anyone tried using widget locker coupled with the 'No LED' notification app? The phone sometimes is very hard to wake out of that no led sleep state! Anyone got a fix?

If anyone is interested, I created a blog page with what I consider to be the best widget locker settings. These are my settings so i'm a little biased but they seem to work well. Feel free to have a look. Of course you can modify to your heart's content.

I ended up deleting this app because I couldn't get it to work properly with my phone but after reading your settings for the s2 I may give the app another try.
