Help Widget not loading

I cannot load most widgets on my note 3. I have checked the memory and made sure that the program is on the internal memory and not the sd card. Had this problem for months now..pls help
 
Sometimes taking advantage of the warranty is the best option. Bring the phone into a carrier's company store and ask them for help. (Make sure you have everything fully backed up. Some of them will reflash the ROM as a first resort for almost any problem.)
