Help Widget Update Issue

I just downloaded this widget and it isn't working either. I see you posted a month ago, so it seems to have stopped working for some time...or is it working again for you? I did post on the HTC forums asking about it. Hoping to get an answer...

Still having the issue. I've seen several other posts at a variety of different forums, each having the same problem. Keep us posted if you find a solution. I love this widget and haven't been able to find one that comes anywhere near it.

That sucks. I didn't even get to enjoy it! I still have received no answer on the HTC forum. I may write to HTC directly to see if they have an answer.
 
I just got this reply from HTC:

Thank you for contacting HTC Technical support about having an issue with the Today in History widget on your device. I do apologize that you are having an issue with this widget. We are aware of this issue with this widget and are working on getting this issue resolved. At this time we do not have an ETA on when this issue will be resolved.

If we may assist you any farther please reply back to this email or call us at 1-866-449-8358 and have a great day.

So, they know about it but have no timetable for when they are fixing it.
