Root Widgets Don't Fit after Froyo Update

I just rooted and applied the Froyo Update (Firmware Version 2.2.1) Kernel Version 2.6.32.9 and for some reason my Widgets do not fit on a blank homescreen. I am using Launcher Pro and have it set to 3 Columns and 4 Rows and My Beautiful Weather Widget wont Fit or My Slacker Radio Widget - anyone else having this issue?

I think that weather widget is 4 column. The default is 4
