Help Widgets mistakenly stacked

New user of this phone (Razorx-M) and trying to understand how to use it, I managed to have the

Tap on the folder to open it.
Then drag the individual app icons out to the main screen.
When only one is left, the folder will be gone and the original app icon will be there.
