Help Widgets Not Showing In App Draw

I just got my Rezound yesterday (coming from Thunderbolt) and have been having a few problems. One is that recently downloaded widgets don't show up in the app draw until after a reboot. I wasn't too concerned about it until reading some posts on other droid boards in which people who had this problem were told to exchange the phone for a new one.

Are these people alarmist or should I just take my phone back for an exchange? i'm currently doing a factory reset because that's the first thing they will want to do at the store.

Long press home screen>widgets> ...

???

Are you looking at the end of your app drawer? Sometimes they get out of order or you may not have them set to sort alphabetically.

Yes. They aren't there until after a reboot. Then they magically appear.
