So fellow Eris users. What downloadable widgets are you guys using on your screens? Heres what I've been using.

PdaNet Widget
Call Log Widget
Beautiful Widgets - NeverClean Skin home

And now Switchpro =]

I'm using the Beautiful Home widget (unskinned because I'm lazy), Touiteur, SwitchPro, and Feedr.

I really haven't found many widgets that I'm crazy about, tbh.

Switch pro is awesome. I went and bought it because you mentioned it.. Best app ive paid for thanks!

I have alot of widgets, I dont like icons to much and would much rather have a bunch or widgets.

Heres my list

Battery life
Switch pro
face book
chomps sms
Pandora radio
The Weather channel
Photo Gallery widget
Xbox avatar widget(doesnt do much i just like it lol)

I use beautiful home (glass skin), switchpro (which keeps getting better with every update!), Pandora, and Weatherbug.

I use beautiful widgets, messaging widget (although don't really care for the latest update), meridian media player, genie widget, android guys widget, dazzle, nfl feeds, and audio manager.

Also use sysmonitor for battery percentage in the notification bar, a lot better than the widgets as you can see it without being on the home screen.

Sent from my Eris using Tapatalk

Application Dock-only on GDE home...AMAAAAZING!!!
Messaging Widget
Automatic Task Killer
Countdown Widget
Mixzing Media Player
Colornote Notepad
DigiClock Widget

I agree with CrazyNight, widgets are way better than icons! Wish they made an address bar one for the internet. Would be so much easier to go to websites without waiting for the first one to load!

Beautiful Widgets Home
Dazzle Configurable Switcher (I like this better than Switchpro)
Pandora
YouTube
Sports Buzz
WeatherBug Elite

Fancy Widget for my clock/weather (looks just like the HTC one but works on other launchers)
The grey bar that has all your wireless options in one to turn things on and off.
I had Mixzing for a little bit but I kept on accidentally starting songs.

Yes, I think it came in the latest update. When you add it, you select which forum you want to go to (this one, of course!). I opens directly to Android Forums, without all the other steps.

i use:

-beautiful widgets (shelf life skin)
-fml widget
-dazzle
-pdanet
-facebook for android
-meridian (waiting for the double twist app to get a widget so i can uninstall meridian altogether)

mot too many ... used to have more. i have basically no lag *knocks on wood*

Since the 2.1 OTA I have noticed "Get more HTC widgets" at the top of the list when I go to "Add HTC widget". Is this new since the update, or was I just not very observant before?

Have any of you tried these widgets? I looked into a couple, but they seem to use a lot of memory considering the simple tasks they perform (Battery meter, Coin Flip, Dice, etc.) I might try "Notes" though. The ability to quickly scribble a note is something I used quite a bit on my Palm Zire71. Just curious.......

Yes this is new as of 2.1.. Ive tried the note pad and daily challenge but most of those seem pretty useless to me. I know the battery widget uses up the battery like a mofo so i wouldn't use it. I hope they update the list at some point. It has potential to be a useful addition to 2.1
