Root wierd! charging when its unplugged!!!

hello everyone! can anyone help me about this? coz the last few days my phone was normal. after 2 days, i've noticed that there is always a sign of charging in my battery bar even though it is unplugged.
help me guyz about this! tnx a lot...

ahm, my was on hyperion 7 mode!!!
