Wife or girlfriend unhappy about your EVO purchase?

So true! I find myself waiting for her to be busy so I can flash a different rom that I spent all day downloading over 3G while we were watching Mad Men.
 
My gf doesn't understand my obsession with gadgets, namely the latest smartphones, but after playing with my Evo, she wanted one (she had a TMO Dash). I bought her a G1 to get her feet wet, and she's going to switch to Sprint once her TMO contract is up. She needs a keyboard though, so she'd probably go with the Epic.
 
I solved this problem by buying two...one for me and one for the Mrs. It seems to have worked because now she can't complain about me having a better phone and she loves all the apps as much as I do.
 
I've had to hear this same nag from my fiance for 3 years, first with my Blackberry Curve and now with my Sprint Hero, she knows once I get in bed... my Hero comes along with me. And with the Evo I'll be even worse within a month. But she understands... and I still give her my time whenever I can.
