Wifes screen different then mine???

Ok. My wife and I both got the TB's on the same day. I had the first appt's at my local BB so both phones are from the same box. We both had time for the first time tonight to kind of compare and review our phones together. Our screens could not be any more different. Mine has a dull kind of tinge to it as hers is some what brighter and bluish like my Fascinate was. I checked all of our settings under "display" and everything is identical. WTF?? Hers does have the screen protector, but I decided at the last second to not get one pre-installed. I don't think it has anything to do with the color of the screen tho. If anything, I think a screen protector would make hers LESS bright.?.? I can't explain how different they are. I'm going to try and take a pic and post it here to show you guys what I mean.
 
Not really sure on how to post pics, but here goes. I know the quaility sucks, it was taken on an old beat up phone. You can see the difference tho........

Yup, everything is exactly the same. The odd thing is, the one on the right (wifes) has the screen protector....
 
I'll bring mine to BB tomorrow just to see what they say. It doesn't bother me all that much. I just want to make sure that it is not a sign that the screen is going to take a dump....
 
It's possible they just use several screen suppliers which result in slightly different screens. Apple does this, it's not uncommon.
 
There are numerous different screen providers. Same issue went on with the EVO! On one hand one screen can have warm tones, and have a pinkish tone to it, while another will have cool tones...and have really vivid whites! Pretty much a crap shoot these days with these phones...
 
Ok. Like is said, it doesn't really bother me. I just want to make sure its not an issue. Thanks for the replies, I feel better now.
 
Seriously? Not. Everyone here has one like his wife's version. No clear SP I've ever seen will make the colors different.
 
In my opinion, its not the screen protector. The picture really doesn't show the true differences in the screens. It's a question of color and not shading. I took my phone into work tonight and compared it with another guy that bought his TB at the same BB that I did. His does not have the screen protector and his looks the same as my wife's. I have yet to see another one like mine. Please let me know if anyone reading this thread has a screen like mine, the one on the left. Thanks
 
Irish, take an compare the gaps an seals around the screen to your wifes phone, an tell us if you notice anything different. Ive read that these phones might be suspect to moisture an dust getting under the screen. maybe one of the two phones might have the dust an moisture problem fixed an the other one don't. If that was the case, id take the one back that looks like it might be suspect.
 
Thanks for the link. I think you are right with this. I checked my wife's fit and finish on here screen compared to mine. They appear to be the same. It really is strange how different they look. Even this web site looks a lot different color wise. I will keep everyone posted on what I'm told tomorrow.
 
If I had the dimmer screen on the left on a brand new phone, I'd be mighty pissed. I would make sure they sent me a replacement with a better screen.
