Anyone have a clue why I have to turn wifi off then turn it back on to use it?it doesn't detect a connection yet the icon is lit up like an xmas tree. Also when using wifi in public places what gives? It says connected but will not allow data to transfer. It recognized panera just fine but other places,library,work,restaurants, that have free wifi I can't access. One more thing. I get an icon of a white circle with arrows inside pointing clockwise on my bar. What is that?
