My Captivate's external speaker broke. Samsung replaced the speaker along with doing a factory reset and 2.2 upgrade. Now the Wifi and Bluetooth features don't work! It says it's turning on Bluetooth but never does. Wifi has an error message when it tries to connect and does nothing when I push 'Add Wi-Fi network'. I've turned the phone on and off, connected it to my laptop, downloaded WeFi app. Nothing.
It worked fine before the upgrade. It's the same phone, just a new speaker and upgraded OS. I'd rather not have to downgrade to 2.1 but will if necessary.
