Help WiFi Connection

I've read most of the posts regarding WIFI but have a more specific question. When I turn on WIFI it finds the home router immediately showing an excellent signal. I enter the requested password............it starts to authenticate............connects and then immediately disconnects showing an icon apparently indicating a secured network with the term wap wap2 psk following. Any help here. I know its the correct password because I set it up and its written on the router. Other items also connect properly but not the Captivate though it does connect to various hot spots not requiring passwords. The router is an older Linksys.

Bump. I'm having the same problem since upgrading to 2.2. Worked great with 2.1.

Update: Did a copy and paste with my password and now it works. I guess the six or seven times I tried to enter it manually I got something wrong. It's 25 characters but I've always been able to successfully enter it when necessary with only one or two attempts.
