Help wifi disconnects randomly

So I connect to my wifi at home which works well on my other android phone but not my admire. Wifi just disconnects randomly and refuses to connect like my phone has a mind of its own. What should I do?

my phone gets that too, but the best thing to do is reboot

My brothers just started doing this after the root? What i do it turn on AP mode then turn it back off and Wifi restarts then connects. His 3G was also doing this.

oh, i reboot the whole phone using the Android command prompts
