Help WIFI ERROR, and no data connection

This started happening 2 days ago....

Basically the WIFI is not working, when I try to activate it just says error. Sometimes it will power off then reboot.

What have I done to try to solve this problem?

-Factory reset about a million times(once it worked, then about 10 minutes late the WIFI returned to errro)---still same problem, also no data connection at all.

Can anyone help out?

Same damn thing happened to mine about 3 months ago.... first wi-fi error and would never connect....
then I did the OTA software up-date...
Thats when the constant re-booting started....
I took it too the AT&T store & they said GOOD NEWS... It's still covered under warranty (12 months)... & they sent me 3 blocks down to their service center.. and they swapped me out with a different phone...
Now I had to keep my original battery and original battery back cover...
I think the 'new' phone they gave me was a refurb... but Hey it works! & it works great...
AND NOW.. the 12 months warranty starts all over again for my Atrix..
