WiFi Hotspot

I am without my phone today, and cannot check this - but I know someone here will know the answer.
Can I use 'Quick Settings' and operate my Warp as a Wifi hotspot? I am unrooted.

not possible. sorry. Rooting the Warp is really really easy...
