Help wifi issue?

No it's not normal and I have not had this problem but have seen others with same problem. Hopefully someone can help you on here or contact VZW
Just to update in case anyone runs into the same issue. I called Verizon, and after speaking to two tech support people, they did a system reset and that worked. If it doesnt hold, i need to have the SIM card changed out, they said they are real sensitive and fragile, and sometimes u get a bad one!

It may also be the wifi sleep policy setting. If you go under Settings-Wireless & networks-Wifi Settings touch the Menu softkey and select Advanced you will see the Wi-Fi sleep policy menu. Change it to Never and it will stay connected to your wireless network.
As a side benefit, it will save your battery as well by keeping the data from going over the 4G connection.

thanks, i just changed the settings. I hope this is it. I have had thrree SIM cards in one week, and Verizon wanted to me to exchange the phone.. I think the phone is fine...lets see if this works!
