wifi issues... PLEASE HELP

I need someone to help ASAP this is how I do my homework. ...

I have a Samsung galaxy note 3 tablet and it connects to wifi networks but my apps won't work like Facebook and gmail. But chrome works I surf the web.

How??

I have tried forgetting the network. I have tried rebooting the tablet. I have tried restarting the router and unplugging it. I have tried using a different connection. Help!!

Okay do update in Chrome it will connect to websites like craigslist. But not facebook. If I tried to go to Facebook it gives an error message saying something is interfering with my secure network. Says to switch to a new network

Does this happen on multiple wireless networks?

I figured it out... I needed to change my date and time to be updated
