Did you install the turbo kernel for Velocity?

im having the same issues and i have raptor .1 and i did install turbo

If you installed the modified turbo for raptor or velocity reflash the normal version. Not the modified one for your rom.

oh ok thanks that work but now when it loaded up it went back to default but i still had all my info on my sd card so i just reinstalled raptor again but now my internal memory is full dont know why it wasnt before i still had alot of space.. and i still have apps going to sd card.. so i got to figure out some way what is taking up my internal space...
