Help Wifi Issues??

Lurker
Hey all. I have just gotten the Inspire this week. I have never had a smart phone, so questions are flying through my head a million a minute. But, the biggest issue so far has been the wifi function of my phone. I can't seem to connect at home. I have read through various threads but none seem to address the problem I am having. I have a wirless network at home, all other nodes can connect to the router without a problem, However the Inspire stays in a constant state of scanning and never connecting. I wanted to see if it was the phone, so i went to a wifi hotspot and connected with no probs. I am just wondering what to do. If all else fails, has anyone used the Internet Pass through function yet?

Mine too. I'm considering upgrading the router since it is old, but it should work with this one. The two laptops do anyway.

Alright. So after several days of frustration, I got in touch with my sales rep, he owns this phone as well, and his suggestion was to use routers that support the "n" protocal and ensure that the encryption was above 128. He said these phones run over 250 bit encryption. I had to change routers, however it works great now with no issues.
