WiFi manager and ignored network

I ignored a wifi network with the HTC Desire WiFi manager. Now the network is not listed and do not know how it reappear. Do you have any ideas?

Can you suggest me an applications that manage networks, including the ignored networks?

Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> WiFi Settings

Should be in the list if it's available - you can hit Menu->Scan if it's not, once it's in range it should appear.
