Help Wifi Manager?

For the life of me I can't seem to find a wifi manager in ICS. Just need to see wifi networks available as well as scan/connect to new networks. It would be dumb if this wasn't included in ICS, so I must be missing something.... :confused::confused:
 
Just go into Settings and tap the Wifi line.

Settings is that little icon with sliders on it next to the date in the notification bar. Tap the first line.
