T thom1 Lurker Jun 3, 2011 #1 I have the Xoom wifi only and it will not detect wifi networks that I know for sure are available. It works perfectly with my home wifi but not the wifi at another house that uses the same liksys wifi hardware. Anyone else running into this?

D drhill Android Expert Jun 3, 2011 #2 Xoom only detects wifi on certain channels. If the router is broadcasting at a channel out of what it is expecting it won't see the network.
