Help Wifi not working and mac address is unavailible

Hi everyone,
I am using this phone for about 3 weeks and suddenly few days back my wifi stopped working and whenever i turn it on it kepps turning on for about a minute and then it says error

i tried every thing hard reset,reboot etc etc
but the problem remains please help...
 
It could be an app that is disabling the radio. For the factory reset to work in that case you would need to make sure it can not update and reinstall the bad app. Or it could be a broke phone.

See if any of these suggestions work.

If not, you could try reinstalling the stock rom and see if that fixes it. Follow this guide to use Odin. The firmware in that thread is old though. Go to sammobile firmwares. Put the model number of your phone in the search box (where it says "search device here") and all the compatible stock roms will come up. You have to login to download.

If you are talking about the stock rom you downloaded from sammobile, you don't flash the zip. You have to extract the tar file from the zip and then follow the instructions for installing it with Odin.
