Help wifi not working

wifi dosen't work after installing gingersteem extreme ll.
everything else is fine and boots in 30sec. thats fast, but
when I go to wifi it says error right below where it says wifi
and I cant turn it on. first flash was over zvb then zvc and still
the same problem. please help I want to reflash this rom bcuz its
so fast.

Most likely you performed a bad flash. Try flashing the ROM again, remember to wipe caches.

Ok Im gonna try again to see wuts up and do you know what files are needed to run wifi so I can check if they were flashed properly and if they werent maybe I could grab them from stock ZVC and do a manuel install.

you would have to unzip the folder then recompile it so it would just be easier to try redownloading the kernel. But first try redownloading the kernel then you can check the checksum to see if it matches. Then do a factory reset, wipe dalveak cache, and try reflashing the newly acquired kernel. BTW for future reference try posting rooting questions in the all things root submenu. You'll get better responses.

GOT IT! Redownloaded rom, and it works now. It seems I had v.04 and now its .05 but dont know if that was it but it works fine now, and just to reasuere myself I wped caches b4 and after flashing. ThanX

Good to hear your up and running. Now that you have things running well it would be a good time to do a backup. Have fun
