Wifi problem note 3 neo

I purchased note 3 Neo 4 months back. It was running perfectly
But now from last week, it is not turning ON
When I try to turn it ON, It shows faded green indication on the WiFi button
I installed WiFi fixer from play store but again same problem....
I also dialed *#0011# and turn it OFF as asked...
What should I do now.
Frustrated a lot...

You've probably updated lately to a Kitkat version with this "bug". Hopefully it will be sorted soon, but in the meantime just toggle Flightmode on/off.
You are no alone with this issue...

Toggling with the flight mode is also not working.
I have done factory reset as well as firmware upgrade from samsung kies twice or thrice.. but it is still not working....
Can it be a hardware problem?
Please advise..
