Help WIFI Problem

Hi
So everytime I connect to my home moden/router I get full bars but I only last a few minutes of wifi then it goes off and reconnects again and connects for another few minutes and goes off and repeats it's self.

I've even factory reseted my phone and still got the same problem. Also i've rooted but I didn't use the exact same kernel to root I used the one closest to mine would that be the problem?

If hawkers suggestion doesn't work it could be interference on the frequency your routers using. So change the channel your router runs on with your pc

had a router just last december. .. configured it by default as stated on the manual.. no problems with connecting via my office laptop and 2 personal laptops. .and destkop.. .. and my phone it maybe your config..
