Help Wifi problem

Hi!

I have a wifi problem in my Wildfire S and i didn't found any answer yet.

The phone finds my home wifi and connects normal(it shows that its connected), but when i open my internet-it shows ''Web page not available''.
I have a pc and laptop - everything works perfectly.

Please help, I never had smartphone before.

Try rebooting both the phone and pc. When in doubt, reboot Also, reboot the router. This has worked for me. Good luck.

Your phone is telling you that it has established a connection between itself and your router but that in itself will not get you online. Rebouting your router first and then reenter the passkey on your phone should allow the router to then connect your phone to the internet.

I've deleted all previous networks known from WiFi list.

my phone has been doing the same thing.... it says it has connected to my home wi-fi (which is an open network) and has full signal strength... but i cant get onto the internet... i have rebooted my phone and the router multiple times still not working??!!!??? (also took it into vodafone for repair, they sent me a new handset with the same problem!!!!) please help!!!

This is most probably a settings problem and not a device problem. Check your wifi settings on the phone and reset them if necessary
