wifi problem

My home modem don't connect my phone, it stuck with obtaining ip it works fine with laptops. but struck with all phones, there is no reset button on modom and i can not access 192.168.0.1 or192.168.1.1.
can anyone help??????

Welcome to AF, lalit4sood! Sorry to hear about your router troubles. Perhaps try reseting the router by unplugging it, waiting ten seconds, and plugging it back in.
