Help Wifi Question

so random question, but when WIFI is turned on on the incredible, if you get a voice call, does it go through your wifi? so for example instead of using the 1x network to take a call, does it use wifi?

so if my cable modem went out (like if the power went out) and my router went out, my call would drop? just wondering!

also if it does, is the cal quality via wifi better than the network? in my house, my signal is usually -88dbm so it's not great
