Help WiFi settings will not forget network

I'm having an issue where the WiFi settings will not forget one network and keeps trying to connect to it no matter what. At times when I can get the option to forget to come up, nothing happens with that one network. Have no problems with any others though.

Is there any way around this issue so that I can completely block that network? Thanks.

Looking into it as I had the same issue on a different device. Was a test phone and was corrected by factory resetting the phone but there has to be a better solution

Factory resetting never worked for me, but at least my phone stopped trying to force the unprotected network on rather than my own WiFI network.
