wifi switches itself off

have made sure that all settings are not disturbing the wifi have tried making reset to factory settings nothing seems to help. have also managed to download to pc all sorts of wifi fixes from pc transferred to the mobile android galaxy but still would not help.

if anyone knows about this problem and can help would you please help

I Recieved text from Attorney it was this number 999999999 i was able to look it up it took me to web site advertising a movie CALLED RING OF DEATH the was link by advertisement i click on it took mee to website About software made to root out tearist cells the software is called spyware if this the problem only way i know for cell phones to protect your self is an untrace able cell phone from the UK that program links phone to a sever and everything is recorded and can be burned to CD as evidence i think this was part of patree act
