Help Wifi Tether Errors

I keep getting "Tethering started with errors!" My laptop can connect to it but no internet....

The log shows:
Loading WiFi driver ... failed
Activating WiFi interface ... failed
Setting ad-hoc mode... failed
Setting essid... failed
Setting channel...failed
Activating encryption...failed
(wpa supplicant)
Enabling NAT rules ... done
Enabling IP forwarding ... done
Tethering now running ... done

I am using Froyo DK28

I am also having WIFI problems. It says Tether has started with errors. with the following errors:

Loading bcm4329.ko module: failed
starting access-point: failed
activating WIFI interface: failed
Enabling NAT rules : done
Enabling IP forwarding: done
Tethering now running: done

I am running Android version 2.3.5

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
