Root wifi tether issue

Google Chrome ftw it use to be Mozilla Firefox but they are gay now. If only google came out with a PC OS !! Windows is gettin shitty jus sayin & **** Mac nerds! Lol I ain't got $2,500 laying around for a laptop. Bought my Emachine for $300 delivered three years ago. Still works like a champ!!

Before I download the add-on I wanna make sure that my phone is actually tethering, on another device, such as another mobile or a printer, pc, etc, there is no sign of my mobile as a network that can be connected to. And on the wifi tether app speeds remain at 0, are they supposed to if nothing is connecting to it? Or are they supposed to show speeds according to what is being sent out normally?

I realize that changing the user agent enables a block bypass, but why change it when I can't even connect to my phone's network?

I have a windows 7 on my laptop sony vaio and my lg esteem
is root and I have the vercion ZVD, wifi tether v.14

someone already has the agent installed explorer 8 and 9 or as activated could make a video tutorial would be nice
