Root wifi tether

can anyone tell me if there is a wifi tether app that works on the venice once it's rooted? i really want to root but cannot find a good enough reason to do so yet. still no rom's or kernel's... a working wifi tether would make me take the leap...

There is an app called wifi tether for root users, only problem is the play store has the one with a yellow logo, does not work, you have to find the one with the Green logo. I havent used it in a long time, but when I had it, it worked flawlessly. I guess a google search for it would probably find it, Just remember to get the one with the Green logo, cause it does work.

Not sure why this isn't available in the app store any more, but here is the APK:

Just go into the settings and change the Profile to "LG Optimus S" and that's all you'll need to do. Enjoy!
