Root Wifi Tethering Issues

I can't tether from my phone.

Wifi Tether lets me start a connection, but I only get 1.5KB upload and 8.8kB download speeds.

And then when I try to use Barnacle, I get the following response:

Starting
Data network is ready
.ini file prepared
shell-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: Permission denied
WIFI: driver loaded
WIFI: wap_supplicant started
WIFI: wpa_supplicant connected
WIFI: Failed to ping supplicant
NAT: restart: Network is down
NAT: waiting for local interface
Stopped unexpectedly!

And when it first starts, I get the message that Barnacle has been granted superuser permissions. But at the end, I get a pop-up that says:

"Root Access

Barnacle requires 'su' to acces the hardware! Please, make sure you have root access."

I do have root access, and I've approved Barnacle in superuser.

Can anyone help?

When that pops up, try pressing yes. It might be that barnacle was updated and the permissions didn't carry over.
