Root Wifi Tethering

I tethered my lg esteem but when I use it I tryed connecting with my ps3 and it won't pop up, so I can't connect, any suggestions?!? Help?!?

Anyways, Try this one.

go to settings. Device profile. And change it to optimus s. If that doesnt work. Than change the device setup to softAP.
