Help wifi toggles off by itself

I have a very strong wifi/ router signal.

The actual button toggles off itself

Called Verizon and they said if I am nit just dropping signal but the button is turning itself off that there is a problem and I should return phone to best buy. Chances are they won't have the titanium color and I hate to bus there if you guys/ gals know something I don't. I am still well within 30 day return policy. Thanks.

Yes, I had DS Battery saver pro. I just uninstalled it to try to see if it could be the culprit

Another issue I am also having is when I am listening ti music using my bluetooth speaker, web pages won't load.
