Thank You Varun!. Done installing Hybrid V3 ROM. WIFI is working fine.

But Registration of mobile was not happened. Even market is throwing error. Also, when I go to market site, my mobile was not listed there. Cleared the market cache and tried, still not working. Help plz.

Try clearing dalvik cache in recovery and did you enable background data in settings
Settings/accounts sync /background data
