Help Wifi Web Authentication Failure

Hi there. So I have free WiFi at my school and after connecting I need to enter my college username/password at the web authentication page. The problem is the wifi wont even connect. So I cant even get to the authentication page. I tried to connect on my itouch and it worked fine :( any ideas?

oh man i have no idea. I dont know when the wifi was implemented but im guessing G cause I know its not new. As for protocol? No clue

Look for "Wifi Browser Login" in the Market; this claims to automate such logins, but I have not had occasion to use it yet since installing. I hope it helps, please post your results!

Whats ur firmware version
Donut 1.5 can only connect to WEP not WPA WPA-PSK etc

If its 1.5 Android like sgx100 wrote it can connect to WPA. My advice is to install Galaxo on your phone. With it it's another phone all-together.

Buddy I think I made a mistake and now corrected in it my post
Cupcake 1.5 can only connect to WEP
I tried connecting to WPA WPA-PSK on it...It refused to even identify the networks. On the contrary as you said Donut 1.6 and later can connect to all wireless protocols.

The thing is I can't use Market because I have no internet. I have tried finding the package for WiFi Browser Logon but I can only find Market links and QR Codes with embedded links.
