When I first got the phone I had the same issue.
When I try to connect it says authenticating, disabled and wont connect.
After a bit I selected the setting in wifi advance settings: enable auto ip. Says something about in case DHCP fails.
When I enabled this wifi worked without any problems.
2 weeks later I turned my phone off for a bit, when turned back on the wifi wouldn't connect with the same starting issue.
